Step-by-step Guide

  1. Log In to Your CRM Platform

    1. Access your CRM dashboard using Admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to the App Marketplace

    1. On the left side panel, go to the App Marketplace.

    2. If you cannot find it, ask your agency administrator to follow these steps for you or provide you access to install marketplace apps.

  3. Search for MyOwnSIM App

    1. In the search bar, type MyOwnSIM and wait for the results

  4. Select the MyOwnSIM App

    1. From the search results, click on the MyOwnSIM app to open its details page.

  5. Click on Install

    1. Proceed with the app installation and follow the steps shown there.

  6. Refresh your CRM page

    1. Once the Marketplace app is installed, you need to refresh your web browser page for changes to apply.

  7. Go to MyOwnSIM App Connect panel
