How can I create an appointment?

After installing the app from the marketplace, you will have premium action trigger at the bottom of the workflows actions pane called "Create Appointment V2". Add the action to your workflow and fill fields of the action in the most intuitive way. The action has the following fields:

• Title: It will be the title of your appointment. You can customize it as you wish

• User: You need to select the user that is allowed in the selected calendar. Otherwise, it might not work.

• Calendar: Select the calendar you want to book in

• Start Datetime: This is where you should place your date. Typically, it is assigned to a custom field of the contact, but feel free to explore it. This field must contain the DATE and also the TIME when you want to book. The format should be automatically handled by the action.

• Duration: This numerical field specifies the duration of your appointment. It is important to note that it is NOT possible to book appointments with a duration lower than the "slot duration" settings of the calendar.

• Timezone: It is common that your datetime does not have any timezone or you might even have clients with different timezones. In this field, you can select which is the default timezone if it is not specified in the "Start Datetime" field.

• Appointment Status: This field lets you specify the status of the created appointment

• Trigger Automations: This field allows you to decide to trigger or not the "Customer booked appointment" trigger of the workflows. If you use the action in a workflow where the trigger is "Customer Booked Appointment" you should set the field to "false". Otherwise, you might create endless loops.


I keep getting an error and I'm unable to create an appointment. What is happening?

Creating an appointment might be a little frustrating at the beginning. To troubleshoot most of the problems, please read the following considerations and tips:

1. Slot Duration: Due to API restrictions, it is not allowed to book appointments that are lower than the slot duration. This means that if your calendar has a slot duration of 30 min, you will not be able to book appointments with a duration lower than 30 min.

2. Slot Interval: Due to API restrictions, it is not allowed to book appointments at times that do not match your slots. If you have a 30min slot interval time you can book every 30min such as 10h, 10:30h, 11h...etc, but you cannot book at 10:15h since the time is not matching the free slots. However, you could book from 10:00-10:32.

3. Weekends/Outside Office Hours: If you try to book on the weekends or at any time that the calendar is configured to not book, you will not be able to create an appointment, since the time is blocked

Do you offer a free trial, for how long, and when and how do I need to make the payment?

Can I connect multiple Calendars under a single CRM sub-location?

Yes, there is no limit in the amount of calendars being used.


Are there any restrictions on using the Innexum services in any country?

No. There are no restrictions, you can use our services in any country. Just remember to adapt your timezone in the action fields.


Can I change my Calendars settings at anytime?

Yes. Simply be careful while modifying the slot duration and slot interval of your calendar which might cause the action to fail (e.g. trying to book in slots lower than set slot time...etc)


When do I need to pay and how?

Payments are handled by the CRM. You will be charged the same way your agency does. Please note that when installing the app from the CRM Marketplace, you will be charged the first monthly subscription. Safe and easy!


How do I stop my subscription?

If you don't want to continue your subscription then you can just ping us on our WhatsApp number, and we will deactivate the subscription the same day. You will also need to uninstall the app to notify CRM.


Are there any limitations?

Yes. Except users that have the unlimited plan, there are booking limitations depending on the plan. This ensures a proper stability among all the users. If you need more, please contact us.


Is it a White Label app? Can I sell it at my price?

Yes, this is a completely White Labelled app, you can sell at your own price. Your customers will not be able to know that you are using Innexum services.

Do you get in touch or send any notifications to our Clients?

No, we never do that and we do understand how important the client is to you. Also, we never ask any of your client details. Only thing is that you should be careful while filling out the installation form, never ever give your client's email and phone number in the installation form. We will send notifications only to the email which you have given at the time of registering our services.


If required do you connect through Zoom or Google Meet?

Yes, if we are unable to resolve the issue on WhatsApp then we connect on Zoom / Google Meet and help you out immediately.
