How do I stop my subscription from any of your apps?
Just uninstall the application in the Marketplace. Easy!
How do I have to pay and when?
No need to worry, all payments are handled by the CRM.
Please note that when installing the app from the CRM Marketplace, you will be charged the first month of the subscription immediately.
Are your apps White Label? Can I sell them at any other price?
Yes, these are completely White Labelled apps, you can sell them at your own price. Your customers will not be able to know that you are using Innexum services.
Make sure you fill in your agency email and owner name so that all notifications arrive to you and not your client.
Do you get in touch or send any notifications to our clients?
No, we do not. Also, we never ask any of your client details.
Be careful while filling out the installation form, never ever give your client’s email and phone number in the installation form.
We will send notifications only to the email which you have given at the time of registering our services.
If required, do you have availability for WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet meetings?
Yes, if we are unable to resolve the issue through WhatsApp then we connect on Zoom / Google Meet and help you out immediately.
Are there any restrictions on using the Innexum services in any country?
No. There are no restrictions, you can use our services in any country. Just remember to adapt your timezone in the action fields.

Your locationId can be found either in Settings >> Business Profile >. General Information >> Location ID, or even in the same web page:
